Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country.

Preserving a mark

Atlas Marks lets you preserve a message at a place on the map. Marks are public and visible to other visitors. You retain ownership of the words you write, and you grant Atlas Marks a license to display them as part of the map and related views. Each location can be preserved once, and preservation is intended to be permanent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit content that is:

• unlawful, hateful, harassing, or threatening;
• infringing on the rights of others;
• deceptive, spam, or intended to disrupt the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

What a parcel is — and isn’t

A parcel is a square on the Atlas Marks digital map where your message is displayed. It is a symbolic, digital service. It does not grant any ownership, lease, access or other right over the real land, property or place it represents, and it is not an investment or a financial product.

Prices, service fee and taxes

A single parcel costs €1. A service fee that covers payment processing, and the applicable VAT, are added and shown in a full breakdown with the final total before you pay. Packs (from €10) include the number of parcels stated at purchase, including any bonus parcels. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Packs

With a pack, your first parcel is placed at checkout and the remaining ones can be placed later using the private link we send you by email. Anyone with that link can place the remaining parcels, so keep it private or share it only with people you want to gift parcels to. Unused parcels do not expire and cannot be exchanged for money.

Right of withdrawal

Your parcel, message and certificate are digital content delivered immediately after payment. Before paying, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. For pack parcels that have not been placed yet, you may request a refund of those unused parcels within 14 days of purchase by contacting us. Otherwise, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Atlas Marks is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes & contact
